Working on your behalf, the GrizzlyLeads ad experts place ads on places like Facebook and Google offering something your leads want—usually an offer for a free home valuation (for sellers) or a specialized list of homes for sale (for buyers).

STEP 1 The GrizzlyLeads Team will create your Ads, post them to Facebook or Google depending on your selected type of leads, and manage the entire Ad Campaign.

STEP 2 When a Lead sees and clicks on the Ad, they are taken to your corresponding Landing Page.

-Buyer Leads are prompted to enter information about the home they’re looking to purchase and are alerted that a list of homes is being emailed to them.

-Seller Leads are prompted to enter information about the home they're looking to sell. Leads in the US are provided with an Instant Home Valuation. Leads in Canada are alerted that an agent will reach out to them shortly.

STEP 3 Once a Lead submits their information, the GrizzlyLeads System sends you an Email and Text Notification. Teams and Brokerages can add multiple receivers and create delivery rules.

STEP 4 New Leads are immediately added to your GrizzlyLeads CRM and assigned to a Funnel. Leads are automatically assigned to a Funnel based on which Landing Page was submitted.

STEP 5 Call! Text! Call again! Text again! Follow-up is key. Develop a relationship, so your Leads come to you when they’re ready to buy, sell or refer someone to you.

1. How Seller Leads are Captured:

When a Seller Lead searches for his/her home value on Google and clicks on your ad, they are taken to the corresponding Landing Page.

2. The Lead is prompted to fill out the information about the home they’d like to sell.

3. The Lead gets a report

For U.S. clients, the system provides the leads with an Instant Home Valuation (please note: we will explain the pros and cons of using AVMs, and strongly encourage the leads to contact you for an accurate value), and for our Canadian clients, the system notifies the leads that someone on your team will reach out to them shortly.

The Lead Funnel Process

4. Immediately after the Lead submits their information, they are added to your GrizzlyLeads CRM.

5. The system sends an email and text alert to you each time a new Lead comes through your GrizzlyLeads CRM.

6. Once in the system, all new Leads are automatically added to the Funnel associated with the Landing Page where they submitted their information.

Example Lead Follow-Up Sequence:

Email 1: Sent 5 minutes after the Lead is generated. This email acknowledges receipt of a Custom Market Analysis (CMA) request.

Email 2: Asks the leads for a call to share with them useful information.

Custom CMA: You send your Lead(s) a CMA sometime between the 2nd and 3rd funnel email.

Email 3: Sent 3 days after the Lead is generated. This email requests more info about the timeline to move out.

7. Keep a Regular Communication with the Leads.

While the Funnel Campaign is running, we also recommend you call that Lead on a regular basis until you reach the Lead.

8. Determine Motivation.

When you make contact with the Lead, determine the Lead's timeline to sell. Through a series of discovery questions, find out why they’re selling, how motivated they are to sell their home and what they expect in terms of representation from their real estate agent.

9. Handling Motivated Leads.

If the Lead is highly motivated, ask them for a meeting to review your services and the selling process.

10. Handling Leads That Aren’t Ready to Sell.

If the Lead isn’t quite ready to sell their home, continue to cultivate the relationship so that when they are ready to list their home, they ask you to be their real estate agent!

The Buyer Lead Capture Process

The process starts when Facebook displays your advertisements to a prospective lead who meet the targeting criteria set by our Marketing Team.

The Prospect will fill up a form on Facebook, asking for their Name, Phone and Email. Once filled, they will have the option to follow a link to your profile page in GrizzlyLeads

We will automatically send a text message with a link to a Buyer Lead Landing Page, where they are asked to provide more details about the type of home they’re looking to purchase. They are notified that they will be receiving a list of homes shortly.

The Lead Funnel Process

Immediately after the Buyer Lead submits their information through the Landing Page, they are added to your GrizzlyLeads Funnel and begin receiving the automated messages.

You will also be sent a new Buyer Lead Notification when a lead is captured.

The question, “what's the cost?” is a tricky one because there’s really no one-size-fits-all answer.

You have complete control over how much you spend and when you spend it. Plus, you can increase or lower your ad spend with us, whenever you see fit.

The amount of budget you set will depend on the area that you want to target and the amount of leads that you want to receive.

Your buyer and seller leads are yours from start to finish. We will never give the same lead to more than one agent, under no circumstances. Even if they decide to fill another property address outside your farming area or interact with another agent's ad.

However, we are not the only lead provider out there, we recommend you to follow up promptly with your leads, or they’ll try to find another agent elsewhere.
